“Archiving The Now” 1st Book launch

The 1st edition of “Archiving the Now” book was launched at Sikka Arts and Design Festival 2024. During the 10 days of participation in the festival, 3 photographic exhibitions were organized, and a group of special sessions on documentary photography were organized to introduce the project idea to the community, and to highlight the importance of visual documentation and encourage archiving.

The first exhibition: Ola Allouz exhibition.

The second exhibition: An exhibition of the “Archiving the Now” Book.

The third exhibition: The exhibition of Mohammed Ahmed bin Hashem, a senior citizen who documented a group of pictures of daily life in the Emirates, but in another period of time.
